I’m RK! I am the certified personal trainer and Nutrition Coach Behind RK Complete Harmony Fitness. I am a mom of two and a Navy wife. When my clients talk to me about feeling overwhelmed and we go through how busy their schedules may be— I get exactly what they are talking about. I am here to help you take control of your health by not only giving you personalized coaching and programming but by helping you put simple systems in place that make you feel confident in your decision making each and every day.   • 1:1 Fitness Training & Nutrition Coaching: $147/Month

 6 month "membership" Commitment. With the option to pay in full for the whole 6 months with a special savings of you paying for 5 months instead of 6. 

  •  1:1 Fitness Training: $115/month

  • 1:1 Fitness Training & Nutrition Coaching: $147/Month

  • Pay 6 months in total: $575 (Fitness) or 

  • $735(Fitness & Nutrition)
